You contribute to various HR projects, such as onboarding, succession planning, job descriptions, company values, and other initiatives.

You have a proven track record in small to medium-sized enterprise environments.
You have a conceptual but also a hands-on approach and possess a can-do attitude.
You have good communication capabilities and function as a person of trust.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
