You oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
You manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
You supervise payroll and compensation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
You develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s values and goals.
You foster a positive work environment by implementing training and development programs, and promoting career growth opportunities.
You work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies and facilitate change management processes.
You ensure clear and effective communication within the company, promoting transparency and a strong company culture.
You contribute to various HR projects, such as onboarding, succession planning, job descriptions, company values, and other initiatives.

You have a proven track record in small to medium-sized enterprise environments.
You have a conceptual but also a hands-on approach and possess a can-do attitude.
You have good communication capabilities and function as a person of trust.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
