We have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our HQ HR team and create value by developing and maintaining HR analytics.

This is equally an exciting opportunity for candidates with a financial background and a strong interest in HR.

In this role, you will

• gather value added information from the business and use the right data sources and processes in the organization in order to prepare the correct sets of reports and make analysis for management reporting.
• build and maintain the HR Data Model and ensure that just one source of qualitative master data exists for each HR Process.
• participate in HR projects as a regular team member and provides inputs for the successful completion of projects.

Your tasks include

• Gather, develop, structure and visualize the business data required in order to build and maintain various HR reporting and analyses. Create and maintain HR data dashboards.
• Analyse and interpret different sets of HR data and suggest potential actions.
• Conduct the monthly FTE & Headcount reporting process.
• Build adequate reporting in order to supply the management with the information needed for decision making.
• Translate organisational goals into relevant KPI and HR metrics which contribute to the HR company goals.
• Map HR processes, and from your reporting you trigger opportunities for formulating improvement/optimization proposals to the HR department.
• Regularly perform data checks in order to test the correctness and quality of the available HR data and clean reported data.
• Perform variance analyses.
• Run regular audits over available HR data and report issues.
• Participate in various HR Projects and deliver the source data for the analysis in the HR team.
• Cooperate and align with specialists from other departments, i.e. finance, operations, where the HR data is connected with the data from other parts of the organization.

Your profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Experience in HR Reporting/Analyticsroles, acquired within HR departments of large, multi-country businesses with complex HR reporting needs.
• Experience in compensation and benefits processes is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent data management skills, IT savvy
• Excellent MS Office skills (profound MS Excel skills such as formulas and pivot tables are essential, MS PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong time management skills
