We are looking, for a leader in Finance (in Payment Terminal),

What you will do as Help Desk Agent (Support Officer) in our team based in Waterloo ?

You Will Have The Following Responsibilities
  • Handling the incoming and outgoing calls and emails of our customers in Belgium regarding the usage of their payment systems
  • Providing general administrative support to the Instore team
  • Compiling and updating all necessary information on our clients, based on the calls
  • Reporting all cases into SalesForce which is the main managing system
Profil

You have First experience within an administrative job, but also open to motivated and driven job starters

You have First experience with handling in- and outbound calls is a big plus (B2B for contacts with shops, ...)

You have Fluent knowledge in Dutch and French & good professional knowledge of English (written and spoken)

You’re Customer focused, clear drive for result, emphatic

You’re Punctual and accurate

You’re Reliable, sense of initiative and willing to take up responsibility

You have strong team mindset

En you are Available to work sometimes until 18.30 & some Saturdays in rotation roll (ok permanence from home) BUT normally 38/week (8.30 - 17) with overtime worked recup
