TenForce is an international software product company based in Leuven, Belgium with all around the world customers (INEOS, Total, Chevron Philips, ABInBev….). We have been around for 20 years and experience constant growth. As a result, we seek to expand our application support team.

Our product is a pragmatic answer to the ever-increasing demand for transparency, visibility, and compliance. We build a great enterprise-class product to enable people to stay on top of their work.

We our looking for an experienced & hands on IT Operations & Infrastructure Team Lead with around 5 years of real-world experience. You are responsible for the oversight and the operational leadership of all TenForce technical operations and infrastructure, both on premises and in the Cloud, ensuring a stable, secure, scalable and efficient environment for our Web Application product to run.

This is a technical role, so it will require proven hands-on experience, alongside the ability to communicate, deliver, and support the solutions being developed by the teams, drawing on a wide range of skills covering DevOps, technical architecture, IT service management and infrastructure operations.

A glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Supervising daily operations of infrastructure, office IT and of our Web Applications stability.
• Defining and driving the IT infrastructure & Operations strategy based on current and future application requirements and goals
• Provide strong and effective leadership to a multi-functional team of 3-4 people

Who are we looking for?

• You want to oversee the daily management of systems, networks, applications, and their security while striving to improve quality & professionalism
• You strive to develop and implement policies & best practices
• You enjoy identifying and tackling different challenges
• You have a strong interest in application development and architecture
• You are comfortable supporting the Operations and Sales teams with their infrastructure needs and questions
• Excellent English communicator, written and spoken, Dutch/French is a plus
• Living in Belgium with a mild level of craziness

Technologies you’ll be working with:

• Hands-on experience with VMWare, ESX, NSX, DFS, Azure, CI/CD tooling
• Good knowledge and understanding of Web applications (ASP.Net, C#, IIS, MS SQL, Redis, ElasticSearch…), Ansible, Office 365
