Your responsibilities:

As IT Support engineer you will be the link between our IT service desk and employees.

Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain workstations and other IT equipment.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (e.g., account setup, access rights).
Managing invoices received by the service desk
Escalate complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.

About you:

You have a basic IT background – a professional experience in the field is a plus
You are passionate about technology and enjoy solving problems.
You thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
You are flexible and not afraid to travel to our different offices in Belgium: Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Louvain-la-Neuve and Tournai
You have a strong customer-service mindset and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
You are organized and rigorous
You are comfortable working in Dutch & English. French is a plus, not a must.
