Your responsibilities:

As IT Support engineer you will be the link between our IT service desk and employees.

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations and other IT equipment.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (e.g., account setup, access rights).
  • Managing invoices received by the service desk
  • Escalate complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.

About you:

  • You have a basic IT background – a professional experience in the field is a plus
  • You are passionate about technology and enjoy solving problems.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
  • You are flexible and not afraid to travel to our different offices in Belgium: Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Louvain-la-Neuve and Tournai
  • You have a strong customer-service mindset and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
  • You are organized and rigorous
  • You are comfortable working in Dutch & English. French is a plus, not a must.
