Description

  • The legal advisor works as part of the team of lawyers in the advice centre and is responsible for providing telephone and written advice to notaries and their employees. He/she assists them in finding legally correct solutions that meet the needs in his/her field. This also enables him/her to have constructive contacts with the various authorities and actors involved;
  • In addition, the legal advisor can easily translate the expertise he/she develops into editorial contributions to legal journals and other publications;
  • The subjects that the legal adviser will mainly deal with concern the specialisation of property law in relation to the notarial activity. This includes issues of co-ownership, emphyteusis, surface area, usufruct, .....

Profile

  • Master’s degree in law;
  • Professional experience in the field;
  • You are communicative, flexible and results-oriented;
  • At ease in a team.
