YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G SUCCESS:
As Key Account Field Sales Representative, you will identify key accounts, build strong customer relationships, promote, and sell the product range from our P&G Health Catalogue for the region of West / Oost-Vlaanderen.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Achieve the sales goal set for the attributed customer portfolio in terms of sales growth and market share- Develop plans and selling strategies for the attributed key accounts
- Build professional value relationships with the attributed key accounts
- Be the first point of contact for the attributed key accounts
- Supervise and check the correct execution of marketing plans at the customers and store proof of performance according to internal rules
- Continually meet with attributed customers to maintain current understanding of their needs and expectations whilst promoting the designated products, make selling propositions by helping them understand their superior qualities relative to the competition
- Work with customers to identify partnership opportunities in the form of programs, scientific meetings, training sessions, etc.
Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Previous successful experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree - Pharmaceutical, medical or nutritional related is a bonus
- Scientific background or equivalent through experience
- Proficient in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- High level of IT & System skills
- Excellent networking skills
