As Management Assistant, you will work closely with the global team and with
senior team leaders. You will provide administrative, organizational & project driven support including:

Budget management: you will manage the NPD and packaging as well as the
commercial scrap budget autonomously. This implies: creating PO¿s, new vendors, monthly and quarterly phasing and monitoring of the budget in close collaboration with the Finance departement, IRO Director and Activity Management according to the set budget guidelines. You will be the Spoc for all NPD-Pack, Commercial scrap related budget topics.

Fluent agenda management and follow up : You manage the agenda very rigorously
and assemble the agenda points, based on input of the team. You prepare
confidential and private correspondence, assembly and prepare reports, minutes and
presentations. You conduct an effective follow-up of phone calls and email
correspondence.

Organization of internal/external meetings and travel: You manage detailed travel
schedules and you take care of the practicalities of meetings.

first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. You will build relationships with several stakeholders in the
organization. As such, you carry out the role of `gatekeeper¿, as well as the role of
`gateway¿. You inform, filter informationand prioritize, and sustain
constructive relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Administration: You collect and follow-up on documents and systems.

NPD sample request: you organize all NPD sample requests for IRO team in close
collaboration with R&I.

Ad-hoc requests: You will collect and support on ad-hoc requests based on needs
for example, company overall agenda, order presents, organization charts update, etc.

  • Experience in a similar function
  • You enjoy working in an international environment
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • You set up priorities and take care of a proper follow-up
  • You can preform several tasks in parallel, always with a hands-on
attitude
  • You enjoy finding solutions and are not afraid to handle difficult situations
  • You are autonomous
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and
MS Outlook
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication in English
  • Dutch and/or French is a plus
