Job Summary

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will support the Health & Biosciences , Animal Nutrition & Health for the EMEA market, to ensure the products are compliant with local legislations, and will serve as the EMEA main point of contact for the Animal Nutrition business, which includes livestock and pet food applications.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead the registration and maintenance of IFF Animal Nutrition & Health (AN&H) feed additive registrations across EMEA.
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders including R&D and Project Managers.
• Collect and analyze data for the creation and submission of regulatory dossiers.
• Maintain comprehensive overviews of registrations and decisions from regulatory authorities.
• Represent IFF in regional trade associations such as FEFANA and BAFSAM.
• Monitor and assess regulatory changes impacting AN&H product lines.
• Manage and develop the GRA EMEA regulatory team.
• Contribute to global regulatory compliance initiatives in collaboration with the global GRA team and product management.
  
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in science, animal nutrition, or a related technical field.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, including 5 years in Animal Nutrition & Health.
• Proven experience in preparing clear and accurate regulatory submissions.
• Strong knowledge of feed additive regulations in EMEA, particularly in the EU and UK.
• Skilled in engaging with regulatory agencies and trade associations.
• Fluent in English; comfortable with IT systems and learning new tools.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
