Manager, Production

In this role you will…

• Manage the general training and documentation of production building.
• Ensure all documentation is performed in agreement to GSK good documentation practices.
• Coordination of documentation review in routine and/or Project framework.
• Evaluate and plan workload for documentation review project.
• Plan documentation review.
• Anticipate need for training and training resources.
• Plan training for new hiring.
• Ensure that continuous improvement and lean management initiatives are identified and implemented.
• Support continuous improvement in quality and compliance aspects, associated to documentation and training management by contributing to the development of new processes, changing existing processes and procedures.
• Optimize processes organisations and procedures to create high performing process
• Support production manager in the implementation of remedial and corrective actions, document the progress updates with respect to set timelines and effectively communicate on actions taken.
  

This job opportunity is a permanent contract not opened for relocation.

Please note that depending on your profile and experience we may offer to employ you in the grade different from the position grade.

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor or Master with a scientific orientation (Pharmacist, Biology, Bio Engineer, etc.).
• Master degree: 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry. Bachelor degree: 5 to 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• An experience in regulated environment
• Documentation management experiences
• Customer oriented: ability to active listening to internal customers and pro-actively proposing solutions based on their needs
• Proficient with MOS and SAP
• Fluent in French

• Excellent computer & software skills
• Ability to engage and works well in cross functional teams
• Good team player and can work independently
• Ability to drive change, flexible thinking and having an open mind to imbed change
