Your job:

Mission:

Covering the different sites, you will join a collaborative team of passionate change-makers. To strengthen the Supply Chain Team, our client is looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Master Data Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Your role will be to support the process ‘run the business’ of our current laboratories activities, but as well, support the expanding activities of our subsidiaries and manufacturing / CDMO facilities by:

• Create and update article in the ERP and the associated ‘data views’, as well as other master data (business partner, Bill of Material,…) in the ERP.
• Review and verify data and reports ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Provide assistance to user by resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection, correction, process control and improvement.
• Apply and ensure/support master data governance.
• Actively participate in the lifecycle management of master data as a central member of data creation, modification and archiving.
• Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.
• Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data (obsolescence), or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
• Make sure that the processes are respected to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Drafting of documents (procedure, working instruction,…) and proposing improvements.

Your profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative tasks and/or, master data management in ERP
• Experience with Excel and an ERP such as ODOO/SAP is an asset
• Rigorous, disciplined, analytical skills, responsiveness
• Pragmatic and accurate, you always pay attention to details
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and flexibility
• Excellent communication and team spirit
• Familiar with daily work and administrative tasks
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
