Office Manager Zele

4 days per week 9 am to 12pm and 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm

The Office Manager will provide administrative support to the leaders and employees in Qorvo’s Zele office. The ideal candidate will help creating a physical working environments that encourages all team members can be efficient and productive. The candidate should have experience in working in a collaborative mode across different functions and departments, and has strong organizational and project management skills that can keep multiple projects and responsibilities on track. This person should be a proactive problem solver that is able to take on diverse assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring office area is orderly and materials are in order and fully stocked for professional meetings
  • Reservation/bookings for Team building events & business trips: Hotel, travel, restaurants booking, calendar invites, meeting rooms, lunch boxes, water/coffee for events
  • Event organization for large groups
  • Guest welcoming and office introduction to new employees
  • Package reception and shipping and processing mail received, including official documents to the appropriate contacts; local contact for any physical copy printing and/scanning required
  • Coordinate contracts with partners
  • Coordinating local team building events
  • Follow up expenses in line with the defined budget
  • Initiate and organize events (afterworks, seminars)
  • Interaction with building owner and amenity suppliers (power, beverages, etc), coordinates maintenance and repairs where needed
  • Coordinate with Corporate Site Services of any changes to building agreements as well as health and safety checks
  • Complete purchase requestions for local needs
  • Coordination of company lease car administration
  • Coordinate welcoming and logistics on onsite candidate interviews
  • Onboarding coordination including, IT equipment, desk set up
  • Scheduling onsite trainings provided and planned by corporate functions (ie Lean, wellbeing)
  • Escalate any local administrative concerns to the appropriate corporate function: Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Corporate Site Services, etc

Qualifications

  • 5 years of office administration experience
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and oral
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with SAP or another purchase requisition platform preferred
