Job Summary

The EMEA Partner Program Manager is responsible for achieving individual subscriber sales and revenue growth within the healthcare market through society and partner program relationships and sales in Europe, the Middle East, and some countries in Africa. Duties include lead generation, managing partner offers and contracts, launching new partnerships, overseeing marketing initiatives/offers/copy, and managing each program to meet sales and revenue goals. This individual will analyze and report on program results and manage contract renewals. He/she will also support other mainstream marketing efforts in EMEA.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibitility for existing and new partners in the EMEA region. This individual will work closely with Global Partner Program colleagues to develop a solid understanding of each partnership and continue to drive incremental revenue to achieve international sales and revenue goals.

  • Research, cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of potential new EMEA partners that meet designated program criteria
  • Drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, maximize budgets, and manage go-to-market plans for the assigned markets.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to expand program lead initiatives in assigned region.
  • Develop and execute EMEA partner program recruiting efforts, including but not limited to email, calls and virtual an in- person meetings.
  • Develop, manage, and deploy EMEA partner promotional marketing efforts to drive new individual orders to ensure we meet/exceed sales goals. These include, but are not limited to web copy, emails, banners, e-newsletters, social media ads, print ads, conference flyers and direct mail pieces.
  • Report on program results monthly and generate data driven and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure existing partnerships meet sales goals; discontinue unsuccessful partnerships on a timely basis taking contract optout dates into account.
  • Support Individual Segment marketing efforts in assigned countries
  • Be the in-market expert and support efforts to drive market intelligence (primary and secondary market research), opportunity analysis, and local persona development
  • Develop and implement EMEA specific marketing initiatives to generate sales of various products to the individual market
Requirements / Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor degree with major in marketing, business management or equivalent
Experience
  • 5+ years of managing partnerships, business development, and sales, in the EMEA region
  • Prior business development, lead generation and experiencing closing deals required
  • Proven track record implementing innovative marketing programs and promotions to drive new orders and sales
  • Medical or physician association partnership or affiliate marketing experience preferred
  • Contract review and editing experience preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare or medical marketing a plus

  • Self-starter: ability to take initiative to drive cultivate partnerships and ultimately drive new orders/sales
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve significant revenue goals via new program development and optimization
  • Action oriented; able to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong writing and verbal communications, including presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Organized and detail oriented, with strong time management skills
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Proven success in working in a global, multi–cultural organization; flexibility in working with colleagues in various time zones
  • Comfortable accepting feedback from numerous stakeholders across multiple departments in the organization
  • English : fluent
  • German and/or French: at least working knowledge
