In order to strengthen our Procurement & Facility Department, we are currently looking for a fulltime “Procurement & Facility Specialist”at our head office in Brussels.

Tasks / responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Procurement & Facility Department
  • Assisting in budgeting and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Maintenance of commercial conditions in the Corporate Purchases Tool
  • Manage store requests and ordering process to suppliers.
  • Supplier risk management and tender process in line with corporate Procurement plan
  • Supervise suppliers to ensure the quality of the service and contract negotiation
  • Invoicing management and approval process.
  • Managing Facility assets such as maintenance and (legal) inspections.
  • Supervising and optimizing energy consumption
Job requirements:
We are looking for a person with experience, preferably specialized in the retail and /or fashion industry. It is an analytical & technical profile, very organized, with negotiation skills, who is service oriented, a team player with good relational skills and used to work in a dynamic and international environment.

  • High level of knowledge of MS Office, excellent Excel knowledge is a plus (easy adaptation to the internal IT applications)
  • Flexible
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, organized and problem-solving approach
  • Be able to manage pressure and work with deadlines
  • Great sense of responsibility
  • Bilingual Dutch/French, high level in English and/or Spanish is an advantage.
  • You have at least a bachelor degree or 3 years’ experience in a similar position
