Description

To strengthen their selection and recruitment team, our client is looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys taking on portfolio vacancies and delivering projects. Our client’s talent management is at a turning point. They have their sights set on the horizon, the cornerstone of their future employer-employee brand is almost laid, the candidate experience in the selection process has been set at a high level.

Now it’s time to get to work, to implement projects that will future-proof their processes!

Your profile

You are familiar with :
  • Recruitment and project management ;
  • Drafting and/or reviewing job descriptions ;
  • Selecting appropriate channels for the publication of vacancies and monitoring new recruitment trends (e.g. social media) ;
  • Posting and deleting of vacancies on the various job channels;
  • Initial screening of received CV’s and drawing up the overview of retained candidates ;
  • Telephone screening of certain candidates and possible participation in interviews ;
  • Supervising the smooth course and progress of the recruitment procedure.
