Position

GLOBAL MISSION

Stimulating/ developing Dior sell-out in the Multi brands stores of his/her region (17 POS) through:
  • Indirect management of store performance of his/her regio with a particular focus on top stores (clusters 1, 2 & 3) (30%)
  • Direct Sell-out performance in stores (70%)
MAJOR TASKS

CLOSE BUSINESS FOLLOW UP
  • Follow up of regio performance per clusters, per store and per axe
  • Develop action plans to increase stores performances
  • Build the planning according to focus
  • Follow up of trade actions per chain
  • Follow up of product assortment and testers/sampling usage
  • Follow up of competitors’ presence and activations
ENGAGING STORES
  • Motivate store teams in his/her regio
  • Give appropriate training
  • Present new products
  • Secure perfect merchandising in line with brand guidelines
Offer Best In Class Sell Out Experience
  • Provide best in class selling ceremony in stores.
  • Develop loyalty through strong brand relationship with top clients. Make 1-to-1 appointments
  • Develop cross selling & increase productivity
  • Offer expert services
  • Act as a “face” of the brand and be a strong brand ambassador
TEAM & REPORTING

The Retail Developer (RD) is part of the Benelux Multibrands Retail Team and reports to the Field Coach of Belgium-Luxembourg.

Knowing
  • Flemish as mother tongue and being able to speak both French and English.

Experience

2-3 Years Commercial/retail experience minimum

Established relationships with key Beauty Retailers in the market is a plus
