More specific its related to the service activities of the robotics division In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the sales team by reacting to customer inquiries. You’ll integrate a dynamic team of 60 persons and count on you to assist the sales and service manager

Your responsibilities

    • Create, send and follow up Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Index letters
    • Support Front End Sales with data collection and reporting
    • Maintain data in relevant systems (SAP and SFDC)
    • Flollow up (missing) SLA orders
    • Support Service Coordinatoren with data collection and reporting
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Your background

    • You have a secondary education with a first experience in administration
    • Knowledge of MS Office. SAP and Sales Force is an asset.
    • Fluent in Dutch, English and French is nice to have
    • An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
    • Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
