Role: Scrum Master Medior

Location: Leuven, Belgium

Language: English + Dutch

Qualifications:

• You are proactive by nature.

• You take on assignments spontaneously and work driven towards concrete results, taking your colleagues along with you.

• You are driven and do the necessary coordination with your stakeholders and interfaces.

• You work meticulously in planning and directing the assigned assignments.

• You are a team coach who takes the lead in creating a stimulating team dynamic. To this end, you are communicative and an excellent facilitator and motivator. Towards employees, you show empathy and support. This is especially true if, as scrum master, you also take on the role of manager.

• You are able to collaborate digitally. The team will not only consist of Belgian colleagues. International collaboration skills are therefore necessary. You will also have to make the team work together in an international way.

• You are flexible and can quickly respond to unforeseen circumstances, last-minute adjustments and, sometimes, tight deadlines. In doing so, you strive for continuous improvement and quality

• You have a ’Can Do’ mentality

• Experience in a similar role (as Scrum Master, project leader, team lead...) is a plus

• An international context does not scare you off. Typically consists of Belgian employees, but also CTS people, test engineers and application administrators from Brno.

• Since we work closely with all banking and insurance domains, knowledge about and interest in the products of the different product factories is an asset
