The Opportunity
Retviews is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
Together with our CTO you will help shape the platform with respect to the front-and backend. From day 1 you will get a lot of responsibility and help the company make strategic decisions. We also rely on your expertise to guide us in the decision making processes.

What you will be working on:

• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Evaluate different software solutions together with CTO
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
• Support for internal users

Are you the right person ?

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
• Previous experience in Full Stack Development or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML & jQuery
• C#, Java, Python, PHP
• JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache)
• Open to engage in steep learning curve
• Team player
• Strong sense of humour !
