What will you do?

As a Senior Program Manager, you will take the lead in delivering complex ERP integration programs from strategy through execution. You’ve successfully led multiple ERP implementations and understand what it takes to align business goals with IT execution across teams, timelines, and technologies.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with enterprise architects, change managers, and strategists to ensure smooth and valuable transformations for our clients.

You will:

• Translate business strategy into a realistic ERP transformation roadmap.
• Guide clients through system selection (ERP, best-of-breed, custom), based on value creation.
• Lead program execution, ensuring scope, budget, and quality are respected.
• Oversee integration with key platforms (CRM, e-commerce, POS, etc.).
• Serve as the go-to person for stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Coach project managers and drive delivery across multiple tracks.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up program governance and reporting structure
• Steering multi-disciplinary project teams and managing interdependencies
• Managing scope, budget, planning, risks, and quality
• Reporting to Steering Committees, PMO, and executive stakeholders
• Leading change management and end-user adoption efforts
• Facilitating issue resolution and ensuring alignment between business and IT
• Monitoring delivery and adjusting plans where needed

What do you bring?

• Proven track record leading ERP implementations and digital transformation programs
• Strong grasp of both business operations and IT systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, e-commerce, etc.)
• Experience with both waterfall and agile delivery approaches
• Skilled in working with C-level stakeholders and managing suppliers
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Hands-on attitude and a passion for delivering real business value
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and 1+ major program led end-to-end
• Experience in consulting or fast-paced client environments is a plus
