Sr. Manager, Saas Customer Success & Business Development
Ansell is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sr Manager, Saas Customer Success and Business Development based in Brussels to join the Services Department.
As a member of the Ansell Service team, the Sr. Manager will be vital in expanding strategy and driving new business growth and ensuring the success and satisfaction. At the same time will act as a facilitator for discussions on customer understanding with Product Management and Technology, will be the voice of customer on developing customer-centric solutions, selling tools, communications & marketing elements If you have a combination of business development expertise, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of SaaS products and services, you might be the next colleague we are looking for!
What will your role be?
Working in collaboration and coordinating Product Management, R&D, Customer Service Managers (CSMs) & Territory Sales Managers (TSM’s), and reporting to the Director, Business Development Ansell Services, Sr. Manager will:
- Execute “out the door” sales growth of Inteliforz (IF) Saas services and share of wallet growth with Ansell’s IF customers in the region.
- Create special promotional offers that meet the customer expectations.
- Buildup, drive and coordinate the implementation of project/business plans with key accounts customers at the corporate level.
- Within the specified region deliver the annual sales budget for IF by effective work with distribution, CSM IF and End User Customers.
- Consolidate and funnel the critical forecast and demand at every customer level with the support of cross functional teams.
- Develop strategy for key accounts, ensuring alignment with Ansell’s overall S&E strategy and implementation plan.
- Ensure that a strategic business development plan is in place, that mutual commitments are met, and the appropriate measurement criteria installed to assure key objectives are met according to the timelines set forth in the plan.
- Understand the market pricing for Ansell and our competitors and ensure that our pricing and programs are aligned with the market and with Ansell’s business strategy.
- Utilize systems needed to manage our business relating to how we work with our customers, as well as in tracking and analyzing sales.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS Selling role in B2B/ B2C environment. HealthTech or SafetyTech SaaS experience is a plus
- Expert in building the relationships at all levels and functions, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven record of customer service and account management
- Know-how to work in matrixed organisation within global/ multinational environment
- Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and financial/budget management skills
- Data storytelling. Familiarity with customer success and data analytics models
- Languages: Fluent English and German or French (written & spoken)
This role requires frequent domestic and international travel (approx. 50-75%).
