Job Description

Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. Develops software applications, user interfaces, databases and embedded software. Considers software architecture to include networked applications and interactions within a system. Imaging Engineering roles that design and develop medical diagnostic and clinical instrumentation, equipment, and procedures, using the principles of engineering and bio-behavioral sciences should be assigned to this job family. Roles with responsibility for cloud architecture should be assigned to this job family. Jobs that provide engineering technical support in this field should be assigned to this job family.

Job Requirements

The technical product manager manages and supports development projects from start towards commercial launch and makes sure that the software products and related libraries and catalogs are delivered with complete technical file within schedule. Furthermore, the technical product manager investigates the suitability and technical feasibility of future or newly implemented solutions for specific clinical indications by the target customer group. Additionally, the technical product manager facilitates and drives the knowledge dissemination of our products and solutions and follows up on released software products.

Skills, Experiece & Competences

• Master or PhD degree
• Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in project management
• In depth understanding of the field of Digital Dentistry solutions
• Quality minded, focused on details
• Understanding of end-user profiles and behavior in using the software and the integrated products and devices.
• Pragmatic problem solver with attention for detail and completeness
• Driving cross-functional teams to deliver results. Smoothly interface with research engineering, functional design and software testing.
• Strong skills in cross-functional thinking
• In depth interest and understanding of the clinical environment and the related technical possibilities and challenges.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
