Your new role

As a Front Chapter Lead, you are responsible for a team of 15 Java practitioners and you act as a Tech-Lead and real guide for your team. As a technical expert, you are comfortable advising, supporting and developing your team, but you also have a vision that you share and argue with an appetite for disruptive technologies.

As a Tech referent, you guide your team, define clear governance, advise on vision/architecture and maintain a technology watch. Furthermore, you collaborate with other teams: architect, delivery team and other Chapter Leads (analyst, Scrum, Back-end, Tests, Data ...). The company is at the beginning of its digital transformation. Its objective is to offer a solution that responds to the velocity of the market by offering modular, easily adaptable services.

What you will need to succeed

Above all, you are passionate about what you do, and you have more than 10 years experience as a senior front-end integration specialist. You also have experience managing a team of Java developers. You have the knowledge and experience of designing a service-oriented architecture. You are fluent in English and have experience with an agile way of working.

Stack : Java 1.8 and object-oriented programming, IntelliJ, RESTfull or SOAP APIs, API Gateway, Azure Cloud Solutions, Docker and Kubernetes, Springboot, Queues Publisher/Listener, Orchestration (Camunda) … a proprietary CI/CD DEVOPS toolchain (Gitlab, Maven , Jenkins, HP Octane, SonarQube, IQ Server)… and a mobile application suite (Android and iOS).
