Advisory - Junior Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities

You will work on sustainability related challenges and opportunities, all the way from strategy to implementation. You will have the opportunity to help shape the sustainability agenda of well-known, internationally active companies and other organizations. More specifically:
  • For more strategic sustainability engagements, alongside the engagement manager, you will support clients with the execution of an organization wide current state assessment and benchmarking against peers and sector trends; setting strategic objectives, targets and KPIs in connection with the sustainability agenda; delineating appropriate long-term and short-term strategic roadmaps; creating comprehensive dashboarding solutions to monitor progress on sustainability. Occasionally, you will make a strategic ‘deep-dive’ analysis into a specific sustainability topic (e.g. decarbonization).
  • For more operational sustainability engagements, you will support the implementation of sustainability practices in specific business functions at clients, covering a variety of functional domains and services.
  • You will participate in the development of high-quality proposals for new sustainability projects with current and/or new clients.
  • You will have the opportunity to actively help drive the growth of the sustainability competence group and participate in the development of innovative solutions and thought leadership at the crossroads of business, society and environment.

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for people who will soon hold a master degree in Applied Economics, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Bio Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Informatics or an equivalent. An additional Master in Environmental Sciences or other related disciplines is considered a strong added value.
