Who are we?

We – the delaware Change & Communication team – help our customers support the ‘people side of change’ in digital transformation programs. Our mission as change managers is to make sure everyone within an organization feels positive about the new CRM tool, ERP solution, O365 suite, intranet or any other new business tool.

We know what it takes to get employees to embrace new technologies and use them in an optimal way: dedicated changeandcommunication management that is tailored to the needs and context of the organization. We write our communication assets with the different stakeholders’ needs in mind (what’s in it for them?) and always make them fit right into the larger project communication plan. Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre. Most of our colleagues are based in Ghent, but we have set up change & communication projects across the country and really like working together with customers on-site, too.

What will you be doing?

Here’s what your day as a Junior Change Communication Consultant would look like:

• You work on change communication. That’s your main job! You work alongside a change management expert on multiple projects.
• You brainstorm communication ideas with colleagues. After all, together, we’re smarter than alone.
• You liaise with your customers. Writing well means you understand your customer’s situation and challenges.
• You manage your projects. Writing, organizing workshops, preparing project meetings, … Doing all this for multiple customers means you are a bit of a juggler. Don’t worry. We are too. You’ll quickly get the hang of it.

• love to write, can handle different writing styles and are willing to try any type of copy;
• can create top-notch content (e.g. newsletters, video scripts, infographics and PowerPoint presentations);
• have a keen interest in technology;
• think you’d be able to manage your change communication projects (by yourself as well as part of a larger team);
• are eager to learn how to set up change communication workshops(to gain a solid understanding of your customer’s challenges and opportunities);
• are creative, analytical and a good listener who can quickly pick up nuances in conversations with customers;
• write and speak equally fluently in English as you do in Dutch
