To support our client in the maintenance and development of digital solutions, Hays is looking for a Junior Data Analyst.


What you will be doing

  • As a Junior Data Analyst, you will develop and manage Power BI reports as well as Power Platform Solutions
  • You will provide training and support on any developed solutions or other assigned tasks.
  • You will develop and deliver (cross-functional) projects in collaboration with your colleague.
  • You will work with a multi-department team.
  • You will work with sensitive information and provide guideline for data security.
  • You will provide process optimization and do the implementation.
  • You will help in the data validation processes.

What are we looking for

  • The ideal’s candidate holds a degree in Data Management, Programming or equivalent experience.
  • You have good knowledge on Power BI, database design and querying.
  • Ideally, you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially design and development of Power Apps application.
  • You know how to use Microsoft Office 365.
  • You speak English, Dutch is a plus.
  • Experience of Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
  • You have good communication skills.
  • You are client-oriented and great problem-solver.
