PC staging
Printer (both Office and Label) set up end deployment
Scanner set up and deployment
First line help
Follow up with clients as needed
Delivery of IT assets directly to the end user, including hardware assembly / disassembly.
Instruction of end users in the use of the new hardware and software
Installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop hardware and software
Escalate service issues when required
Communication with customers/end users as required, keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
Advise and train staff on computer operations and software applications

Your Profile

You have very good IT knowledge and already have experience as IT Onsite Support and PC Staging
You have the ability to multitask and think outside of the box.
Fluent English and Dutch both written and verbally are strongly required
