YOUR ROLE
AEC is a global automotive distributor and a service provider for OEMs and suppliers, as well as an official importer of DODGE and RAM vehicles into Europe in cooperation with the manufacturer Stellantis (former Fiat Chrysler, FCA). AEC’s port facilities in Antwerp, including our own R&D facility and processing center, supply an extensive European network of over 130 AEC dealers. Founded 1996 in Canada, we have grown to become THE automotive solutions company with six global offices and facilities and over 100 employees.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our international team in Antwerp.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the Key Performance Indicators, reporting and analysis for the entire Supply Chain function.
  • Business partner for: Parts sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Management and Finance.
  • Optimizing all SC processes, writing and modifying SOPs, conducting trainings and following-up on proper execution.
  • Constantly raising red flags ahead of time conducting periodic business reviews to the executive level.
  • Managing and overseeing SC cross-organizational projects while following up on all project aspects and milestones.

YOUR PROFILE
The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial & Administration Engineering or related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of business experience.
  • Strong analytical, data mining and modelling skills.
  • Proven experience with inventory planning, demand planning or inventory control.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to interface with sales and marketing organization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity.
  • Solid knowledge in KPIs management, Power BI/Query/Pivot - will be considered as an advantage.
  • Experienced in writing / reviewing SOPs.
  • Drive execution, initiate projects and manage them start to end.
  • Process oriented, well organized, autonomous learner.
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
