About The Position

After a full training program on our products, you will strengthen our helpdesk and training team by providing high quality technical support and assistance to our customers and users. Depending on the activity, you will support our commercial team with the development of assignments.

???? Your Responsibilities

  • Through phone and ticketing platform, you will handle customer support requests.
  • You will provide appropriate technical solutions, ensure proper follow-up and comply with quality and deadline requirements.
  • Depending on customer requests, you will liaise with various departments and investigate and resolve technical problems (sales, R&D, delivery)
  • Your requests are diverse and varied, and may relate to data or synchronization problems, questions of use, remote installation of workstations, software configuration, etc.
  • Monitor news and developments in the products or solutions supported
  • Ensures the traceability of its exchanges

???? Your Strengths For This Position

  • Eager to learn and passionate about 3D/CAD/PDM/PLM/Design Software
  • Motivated and highly communicative
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, French is a plus.
