We are looking for a Key Account Manager with experience in the food business and more specifically in the chocolate business with experience in dealing with large supermarket chains.

Above that, we are looking for a talent with strong negotiation skills.

We offer you a contract of 6 months starting in October 2021.

    • crystal clear in dutch, french and english
    • bachelor or master degree with extensive relevant experience within fmcg.

    key responsibilities

    reporting to the customer team leader, your main responsibilities are :

    • determine the customer strategy for a big multinational retail corporation for the department chocolate in order to achieve targets in terms of

    revenue, volume and market share.

    • build strong relationships in order to maximize business development opportunities
    • in close partnership with the customer, take care of the introduction of new products, promo plans

    and merchandising. you are the external ambassador for the client.

    • ensure negotiations with customers, in order to achieve their business plan
    • coordinate all commercial contacts and liaise with internal stakeholders (category management,

    promotion management, supply chain, finance, field).

    • ensure administrative follow-up
