You have a talent for organizing processes, paying attention to details, and always being keen on getting things done.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day organization of car delivery procedures.
  • Liaising with leasing and transport companies in Belgium, France, Luxemburg and Netherlands about ongoing queries.
  • Coordinate car pick-ups and deliveries through external transport companies or in-house drivers.
  • Documentation/administrative processing
  • Register and follow up on repair issues, pre-sales, and after-sales.
  • Register and follow up on insurance cases.
  • Coordinating car park and fleet readiness. Making sure all purchased cars are presentable and accessible.
  • Assistance to salesforce if necessary.

Requirements:

  • You have more than 1 year of working experience
  • Experience in Office Management/ Logistics/ Operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in administrational work
  • Very efficient and independent problem solver
  • Eye for small details!
  • Good understanding of claims handling
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player and able to work alone on important tasks as a problem solver
  • High sense of responsibility and punctuality
  • Energetic, innovative, enjoy new challenges
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or other languages such as French, Spanish are a plus.
