The new product strategy of Neovia is fully supported by Blue Yonder WMS as the solely product for medium complexity accounts across the corporation. This is a testimony to the focus Neovia will give to the product and a guarantee for incumbent that Blue Yonder WMS is strategical for Neovia. Neovia is currently launching the deployment of the BY WMS release 2021.1.

As Blue Yonder WMS Architect you will provide expert insight, recommendations, and solutions for our client portfolio pertaining to all aspects of Warehouse Management. The primary focus is to support our customer projects that involve Blue Yonder Warehouse Management implementation and continuous improvement. You will design, document, test and implement functional solution for the BY warehouse solutions we run for our customers. In addition, you will lead project teams in the strategic definition, selection and development of warehousing and broader supply chain solutions and support our clients in various roles. This role requires direct interaction with internal, external and 3rd party stakeholders. Clear and compelling communication is required. The highest level of functional knowledge, professionalism and accountability is required. Interacting professionally with other contributors, in person or virtually/remotely is a must.

Position overview

• Conduct business process analysis for Warehouse Management
• Execute design & configuration setup of Blue Yonder WMS as part of Neovia customer engagements
• Create and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the different projects
• Develop functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens that meet the customer’s business objectives
• Develop and execute test scripts to ensure Blue Yonder WMS software consistently meets the customer’s business objectives
• Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team
• Provide project leadership, expert advice, and recommendations to IT personnel, management, and project teams on the most complex aspects of applications programming and development methods as well as for purchased system solutions that will be integrated with other systems (internally developed and/or purchased)
• Provide expertise leadership for BY application solutions to internal/external customers
• Other relevant tasks and duties as directed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Warehouse Management
• 7+ years of specific experience working within Blue Yonder WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Strong domain knowledge to understand how the Blue Yonder WMS solutions within the area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes
• Knowledge of MOCA language, MBUILD, MLOAD, Page Builder and BY Integrator. Any advanced technical expertise is a plus.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel for 10-15% of working time
• Fluent in English
