For our client located in Brussels, we are looking for an AZ bookkeeper.

Do you have a first experience in GL bookkeeping and you are used to work with BEGAAP?

Do you want to develop your skills in a dynamic and international environment?

Your challenge

As AZ bookkeeper you will:


o Execute accounting tasks

 AP activities

 Travel & Meal expenses check and accounting

 Check accrual balances and identify accruals to be booked

 Payments and Bank activities

 Insurances

 Monthly Closing

 Fixed Assets Accounting and depreciations

 Intercompany and related party reconciliations

 Reconciling balance sheet and Income Statement accounts

 …


o Assist the Accounting Manager with Financial statements, tax returns, and financial reporting.

 Statutory accounts

 Works Council information

 VAT Declaration

 Intrastat

 Hyperion Upload and Notes

 …


o Assist with Audit Preparations

Your profile

A first experience in GL bookkeeping, working with BEGAAP

French-speaking, English is a must and a good understanding of Dutch would be a plus

A good communicator, open-minded & team-player
