Our business has definitely been challenged the last years, nevertheless we learned a lot and have a great pipeline of beautiful projects. To help us achieve our growth, we are looking for a CFO to join the management team.

1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial steering (Operational & Real-Estate structures) :

• Oversee cash management
• Manage interco (17 legal entities, transfer prices, vision)
• Day to Day financial management
• Monitoring profitability & working on cost efficiency
• Responsible for the consolidation of the group
• Evaluation of the ROI of each investment project
• Drawing up budget forecasts & monitoring via management report sensuring compliance with accounting regulations

Prepare the group for a future audit (2024-2025)

Reporting:

• Share a monthly report of the company’s financial situation to the management and the board of directors; especially analysis &challenge of the status quo (reporting prepared by business controller).
• Maintaining relations with financial partners.

Participate in the definition of the company’s strategy :

• ROI based advice of projects in line with the company’s strategic vision
• Translate strategy into financial policy and define critical success factors, goals, actions, budget plans and projects.
• Advising on inter-company financial strategies
• Financial and tax optimisation

Steering of HR administration

Responsible for IT

• Management of existing platforms (Gdrive, Winbooks, Emasphere)

Management of the IT assets

Be the key internal referent for financial, tax, legal and HR matters.

Analyze and integrate M&A opportunities

2. YOUR HARD SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• You have a minimum of 10 years experience, including at least 5 years asCFO; ideally combining experience in Big4/Audit, large (international)organisations and SMEs;
• You combine a strategic vision with interest in and understanding of the operational business in all its aspects;
• You think cross-business units and cross-functions and take initiatives that optimize business processes;
• You have expertise in tax, accounting and legal aspects,
• You master sound business management skills
