What’s in it for you?
- As fleet advisor you support the account manager in his/her commercial activities and you have a commercial relationship with the fleet manager of the customer
- You will be responsible for winning and maximising orders from existing customers by:
- selling our products according to the needs of the customer
- Making and explaining offers
- Following up and selling offers by phone
- Placing pre-orders
- You ensure a high customer satisfaction by quickly and proactively responding to the needs. You have regular contact by telephone to build up a relationship with the customer and to keep a finger on the pulse so that needs can be responded to quickly.
- You are a central point of contact for the customer/ fleet manager in relation to daily operational and commercial questions and problems, from quotation to pre-order of the car. You advise customers on the choice of their vehicles.
- You work on a ’dedicated’ customer portfolio
Who are we looking for?
- The candidate has already had a relevant commercial experience
- You have a strong commercial profile and are excellent at communicating by telephone and convincing customers.
- You are strong in proactively following up on quotes and winning orders
- You master the art of active listening to detect and analyze customer needs.
- You are very result oriented by means of commercial insight and oral skills
- You have a strong customer orientation and know how to anticipate customer needs
- You work efficiently, accurately and are strong in administration
- You work both independently and in a team and have a great sense of responsibility
- You think along with the customer and with the internal procedures (out-of-the box thinking)
- You work in a planned, organized and fast manner
- You are stress resistant
- You have a strong knowledge of French & Dutch
