Description

DuPont is looking for a temporary colleague. After an intense training you will process and finalize customer orders in different countries.

You will
  • Communicate product availability and follow up on order status while liaising with the sales team, supply chain, the credit team and various production units in the US, Europe and Japan.
  • Follow up on credit checks, process credit notes/returns/complaint handling and ensure correct pricing, invoicing and cash collection
  • Maintain and regularly update customer data in MDG/SAP
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and products to the customer
  • Provide after sales support (complaints, product returns, demand forecasts, specific needs and enquiries
Specification
  • You must be fluent in Dutch and English. Additional languages are an added value - French and/or German.
  • You hold a Bachelor or Master degree or attained an equal level through experience
  • You have a good level PC literacy and MS Office – particularly Excel, Outlook
  • You have a strong knowledge of SAP
  • You are a proactive and dynamic team player with strong social skills and a problem-solving attitude
  • Accuracy and strong organizational and analytical skills are your trademark
  • Previous experience in logistics or international customer service would be a strong asset
