Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience communicating status summaries of projects to director level audiences.
  • Experience with people management and working with field-based employees in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology focused company.
  • Experience with implementing and delivering programs at scale.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with historically underrepresented groups and managing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
  • Experience facilitating groups through decision making, goal building, and challenging conversations.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and work across multiple stakeholder groups with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ability to define, track, and achieve measurable goals, and be open to feedback and work flexibly.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time

About The Job

In this role, you will lead a team of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) site-level advocates on cross-functional programs aimed at building community, increasing representation, and creating conditions for equity. You will also partner with the GDC/GSO regional leadership teams to ensure strategy is aligned to regional needs and actions taken are driving expected outcomes. You will build strategy, collaborate, communicate, and measure success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end DEI strategy and objective key results for the Data Centers in region aligned to global strategy, and support execution via program management and managing a team of contributors globally, leveraging a central full-time team.
  • Empower stakeholders and leaders to be drivers of DEI within the Data Centers in the region. Participate in objective key results meetings, QBRs, All-Hands meetings.
  • Build and maintain awareness of Technical Infrastructure initiatives and best practices to align where possible and ensure the Data Centers organization perspectives are incorporated.
  • Advise cross-functional teams on DEI impact/implementation, and partner with regional Diversity Business Partners. Build relationships across the Data Center organization, including HR, and Professional Development.
  • Form part of the global Data Center DEI leadership team, lead to content and program creation and ensure synchronization across the regions.
