Our client, a dynamic and growing company in the investment and real estate sector , is currently expanding in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands and is looking for an Administrative and Financial Assistant to join their team in Brussels.Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements of company documents (UBO, Board Mandate...);
- Assist various committees with administrative tasks and regular reports;
- Record, manage and reconcile expenses and financial data ;
- Manage calendars and set appointments ;
- Maintain databases and organize sensitive information;
- Degree in Finance, Law, or Secretarial Studies;
- 3 years of experience in a fiduciary, audit, tax firm, or equivalent;
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
- Fluent in French and professional level of English (Dutch is a plus)
- Proficient in office software such as Word and Excel .
