We are looking for a Finance Manager for our client active in the public sector.

You have experience in GL accounting and team management, you are hands-on and ready to tackle a new challenge?

Then this one is for you!

Your challenge

You and your team will be responsible for all accounting, budgetary and facility management tasks.

You will:

    manage, develop and implement the chart of accounts;

    monitor and improve the accounting control procedures, invoicing, budgets and purchases, monitor client payments;

    draw up annual accounts, balance sheets and tax returns, budgetary control, consolidation of accounts, justification of accounts to the Court of Auditors and the auditor, etc. ;

    be in charge of budgeting & reporting:

    manage your team & set objectives.

Your profile

You have a Master’s degree, preferably in the field of financial management or applied economics.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a financial department with two years as a chief accountant (control of entries and execution of closing operations).

An experience in team management is a plus.

You have advanced knowledge of accounting (public, double-entry, analytical);

You have knowledge of public finance, financial law, state accounting and macroeconomics;

You have a general knowledge of the budget cycle;

You are familiar with specific financial or accounting tools.
