  • As our FP&A Manager, you will oversee the Financial Planning & Analysis for our Group.
  • This pivotal role involves managing our budgeting & forecasting cycles, with a focus on enhancing their robustness continuously.
  • Beyond short-term planning, you’ll be pivotal in shaping mid and long-term strategies, including cash flow management and hedging policies.
  • Your responsibilities include monthly reporting for both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely with our business partners to enhance project profitability insights, and spearheading ad hoc financial initiatives.
  • Working within our Finance Team, you’ll closely collaborate with various Business Unit management teams, reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Legal.

Requirements

Your skills

  • You hold a Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • You possess 10-15 years of experience in Finance or Management Consulting.
  • Experience with M&A is advantageous.
  • You demonstrate a strong business acumen and adeptness in fostering trust with key stakeholders.
  • You’re capable of applying financial expertise to address intricate business challenges, effectively communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • You display a proactive, hands-on approach to tasks and challenges.
  • You comprehend internal and external factors impacting business performance.
  • You exhibit confident communication skills, influencing senior management effectively.
  • You’re capable of leading challenging conversations with integrity and humility.
  • Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Dutch or French considered a plus.
