YOUR ROLE

Would you like to identify, qualify and close new opportunities for selling CEVA’s Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) capabilities to customers and prospects?

If so, we have the opportunity to join our team as our Business Development Manager Benelux.

You will build profitable and recurring revenue streams from customers of this field. In this role you will be adapting to CEVA’s New & Used Cars logistics within Benelux with a focus on Belux to reflect changes within the marketplace.

You are ideally based in Flanders with travel to Ghislenghien for structural meetings with the team and travel to customers.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • You will be responsible for OEMs FVL business development in line with the global, regional and country specific FVL product and BD strategies
  • You will accelerate and promote the OEMs/Dealers/Leasing/Rentals/Fleet Management business diversification by reaching the New Cars & Used Cars markets
  • You will collaborate and support the FVL product organization to provide local FVL expertise on major opportunities to ensure that customer requirements are fully converted into solutions
  • You will support the BD team with customer knowledge as well as languages
  • You will promote hunting of New & Used Cars FVL business both with existing clients and prospects in OEMs/Dealers/Leasing/Rentals
  • You will collaborate with country/cluster FVL product team to develop capabilities and facilitate CEVA product synergies and upsell

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have a bachelor degree in logistics, business, sales or equivalent
  • You have 5+ years of experience in Business Development
  • You are a real skilled hunter
  • You are native in French and Dutch and professional in English (written and verbal) (this is a must)
  • Having automotive or fleet management experience is a plus
  • You have experience in communicating at all layers of an organisation up to, and including, C-level
  • You are process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement
  • You can map out and follow a long-term sales plan where sales may convert several quarters after the initial contact.
  • You have commercial, numerical and financial skills
  • You are a skilled deal closer
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You can influence and develop relationships at local level in customer organizations.
  • You can develop highly collaborative and productive relationships internally.
