As a key member of the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT), the Global and AMEE People Experience Director is responsible for shaping and implementing the people
experience strategy for PATH across Asia, the Middle East, Europe (AMEE), and globally. This director will lead a team of HRBP directors and senior HRBPs and will ensure that all employee engagement initiatives, HRBP support, and organizational culture enhancements are aligned to promote an exceptional

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive employee experience strategy that promotes engagement, inclusivity, and a positive work culture.
- Coach and influence PATH leadership in building and implementing innovative PATH people experience strategies informed by PATH strategic objectives and global market trends.
- Oversee the delivery of HR support services across the AMEE region and globally, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and people centered.
- Manage and grow a team of regional HR business partners leaders.
- Support the development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of training, mentoring and professional development, and succession plans.
- Co-lead the development and delivery of organizational development programs including succession planning, change management, and talent management.
- Champion initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee engagement. This includes overseeing surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to measure employee engagement and using this data to inform initiatives.
- Work with HR Management Team and Legal Affairs to ensure global compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
- Coordinate PATH safeguarding officer role and act as the lead author of HR related investigation action plans.
- In collaboration with the Chief People and Diversity Officer, advocate for and promote DEI initiatives across all regions, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming work environment.
- Lead change management initiatives related to employee experience, ensuring that changes are communicated effectively and that employees are supported through transitions.
