The opportunity


The Head of Marketing Campaign Management Benelux is responsible for developing, managing and improving the Marketing communication strategy for the Benelux Region to support and drive the growth. Teaming up with the Go-to-Market team, he/she translates the marketing strategy into a concrete communication plan.


Main Mission

  • Management of the MarCom Team Benelux (4 people in Belgium, 1 person in the Netherlands and 1 in Luxembourg)
  • In collaboration with the team, establishment of the strategic communication plan for acquisition, up/cross sell campaigns for all products and to retain merchants
  • The communication plan is omnichannel, we contact (potential) customers via both offline (direct mailing, advertising, telemarketing, ...) and online (Google, social networks, e-mail, ...) channels
  • Results monitoring and optimisation
  • Draw up and follow up the marketing budget in accordance with the focus sales and ensuring that it is properly monitored


Your day-to-day responsibilities include

  • Translation of the marketing strategy into a concrete communication plan
  • Build up an action plan with short, medium and long term targets
  • Develop creative campaigns, manage workflows
  • Be responsible for achieving the marketing projects, objectives and KPIs
  • Oversee and growth the MarCom Benelux team
  • Lead local marketing teams and campaigns to achieve the results
  • Managing relationships with external agencies
  • Monitoring the results in Google Analytics and internal tools (Odoo, …) in order to optimise the campaigns in collaboration with the team
  • Monitor marketing budget and KPIs in order to ensure maximum effectiveness and reach


Your Profile


  • Master’s degree in communication or marketing
  • At least 6-7 years of experience, preferably within the financial industry or in a technology or B2B company
  • Good experience in team management
  • Marketing communication passionate with a real interest in technology or online business
  • Excellent command of French, Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge in marketing automation
  • Self-motivate, independency in action, ownership and engagement
  • Analytical way of thinking with a detail-oriented approach to work
  • KPI oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude and always eager to learn
