About our client

Meditech Pharma is a fast-growing high-tech company that develops and manufactures ‘pick & place’ robots for the pharmacy industry.

They are the leading player in Europe and have global growth ambitions.

Due to positive commercial developments in Spain, Australia and the Middle East, they are looking for a Employee Helpdesk customer care (M/F/X) to strengthen their team of +/- 45 employees (designers, technicians and computer specialists).

Your role

As a Helpdesk customer care:

  • You are responsible for the first line handling of our customers’ phones
  • You listen to the questions or problems of the customer and you help where possible to solve the problems remotely
  • You will contact our customers to plan the maintenance, interventions, training and start-up of our robots
  • You follow up the work tasks of external partners (subcontractors)
  • You will be responsible for various administrative tasks
  • You work closely with our Customer Care Manager.

Your profile

  • You have a secondary or higher diploma in administration; some technical knowledge is a plus
  • You have a strong administrative background
  • You have a listening ear for our customers
  • You take the initiative in organising and executing your work
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Office and you have experience of working with an ERP package
  • You express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English (knowledge of French and English is a must).
