Our client is a consulting company, part of an international group

Job Description

As an HR Assistant/Office you are:

  • The first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries - answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Collaborating with HRBP on the definition and implementation of HR processes and strategies
  • In charge of the communication to staff on HR related matters
  • Taking care of the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • in charge of the creation of contracts for new hires
  • Preparing the extra legal package of employees
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Revise company policies
  • Fleet management


The Successful Applicant

The person we are looking for:

  • French and English very good level
  • You have an interest in the HR sector
  • You are well organised
  • You ideally have already a few years experience in an administrative, hr or payroll function
  • You are proactive and team player
