Our client is a consulting company, part of an international group
Job Description
As an HR Assistant/Office you are:
- The first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries - answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assisting with payroll
- Collaborating with HRBP on the definition and implementation of HR processes and strategies
- In charge of the communication to staff on HR related matters
- Taking care of the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- in charge of the creation of contracts for new hires
- Preparing the extra legal package of employees
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Revise company policies
- Fleet management
The Successful Applicant
The person we are looking for:
- French and English very good level
- You have an interest in the HR sector
- You are well organised
- You ideally have already a few years experience in an administrative, hr or payroll function
- You are proactive and team player
