Our client is a strong actor of its sector and is looking for HR Manager.

The Job:

  • Be the reference person for social legislation and regulations
  • Be the person in charge of the HR department and regular contact with the exeutive committee
  • Follow up workers’ documents and keep staff-related data up to date
  • Manage benefits, timekeeping and payroll
  • Maintain relations with the company’s external partners
  • Manage workers’ schedules
  • Use the Social Security portal
  • Manage and monitor compulsory external training and refresher courses
  • Drawing up a training plan and implementing in-house training courses
  • Recruiting and sourcing new employees, drawing up job descriptions and scheduling interviews
  • Administrative management of social clauses
  • Provide the necessary support to complete the cycle of assessments and interviews (annual and periodic) and ensure administrative follow-up
  • Hard and Soft HR

Your Profile:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in human resources
  • Fluent in Dutch and French
  • Excellent knowledge of social legislation
  • Rigorous, organised, sociable, empathetic, patient, analytical
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Challenger mindset
