IAM Run Team Manager

The opportunity

You will be the Team Manager for Identity and Access management Run team responsible for providing continuous support and daily operations related to IAM across Worldline entities and customers from Worldline.

You will report directly to the Department Manager IMAC.

About the team

Security Operations is a transversal department in CTO/PS that provides Security Services for Worldline group.

Security Operations analyses, monitors and maintains security systems, applications and processes, solves occurring security incidents and problems throughout the IT infrastructure within Worldline and takes care of execution and realisation of operational security tasks in the following domains:

• SOC & Security Services
• Key & HSM management
• Vulnerability Assessment & PENtesting
• Identity Management & Access Control

This all leading to demonstrable and sustainable adequate secure systems, applications and processes. Security Operations is facilitating and ensuring a secure and policy-compliant IT environment.

The IMAC (Identity Management & Access Control) team provides support in access management for the whole Worldline group.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

• 
  Manage IAM related activities for internal employees as well as external customer users to meet compliance with security policies
• Provide KPI, SLA, and steer continuous improvement
• Manage a diverse team of 15+ persons across multiple locations (NL, BE, FR and BG) according to local customs and laws
• Drive issues resolution and problem management (preferable : ITIL foundation certificate)
• Manage capacity planning of the team, balance workload and managing staffing needs anticipating workload evolution
• Audit & Compliance:
  • Advises and implements improvements pro-actively to prevent audit findings.
  • Participate in the Audits if needed
  • Basic understanding of compliance issues (PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
  • Realizes check & controls for audit purposes;

Skills we can’t do without:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically requires 9 years or more of related professional work experience, which includes either relevant Financial organization, or equivalent relevant leadership experience in another organization.
• Leadership skills including empathy and ability to mentor and guide the team
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management domain including hands on experience with one or more IAM tools like RSA IGL, Sailpoint IIQ, Okta, Saviynt IGA, NIM etc. is a must.
• Knowledge of Office automation (word, excel, especially pivot tables) is a must.
• Accomplished Run Manager skills to include organization, planning, and delivery.
• Accomplished problem solving and analytical skills.
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment; motivate and work through others to accomplish outcomes; and deal with change and ambiguity.
• Independent worker but also a team player. Ability to work globally with functional as well as technical teams in a dynamic environment.
• Communication skills
• Good level of English is required in a global perimeter
• Other languages are a plus, especially Dutch or French
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate in an articulate manner to a wide range of audiences.
